Speakers Bureau

The Greater Seattle Dietetic Association Speakers Bureau is a resource for the community to connect groups with nutrition professionals to speak or provide presentations. The pool of potential speakers is made up of Registered Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians. To request a speaker, contact the Speakers Bureau Chair.

In today’s market, $100.00 an hour for a professional presentation is appropriate. Every occasion that a speaker is recruited for is not so formal, and it is not expected that the honorarium be at that rate. For profit organizations that are recruiting a speaker are requested to provide an honorarium for the speaker. Non profit organizations are not requested to provide an honorarium, but any renumeration is appreciated.
