The Greater Seattle Dietetic Association is currently accepting membership applications from Dietitians, Diet Technicians, and Dietetic students. Our members are a diverse network of nutrition practitioner's who represent all areas of dietetics including health care, business and industry, public health, education, research, and private practice. The membership runs June to June but applications are accepted any time. The cost is $25.00 for all professionals and$5.00 for students if current verification of school enrollment is provided.
To join or renew your membership simply download and print the membership form, fill it in and mail it along with payment to:
