Join us and local chef and owner of Down to Earth Cuisine, David Boyd, to learn how to make a delicious low FODMAP holiday meal. Low FODMAP diets are commonly used to treat IBS/IBD and other gastrointestinal issues, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a festive holiday meal. 

Menu: 

Pan-seared halibut,

Charred fennel bisque,

Chard with sundried tomato

Pickled winter squash.
